Pours an attractive clear amber with plenty of foam in the Chimay chalice. Quite pungent aroma of lemon peel, wood, grapefruit, lime, and some kind of candy. Distinct citrus peel taste, though not terribly bitter. I think of candied grapefruit peel. There's a slightly odd aftertaste of miso or some Japanese flavor.

Overall this is quite sippable. Pleasant spritzy mouthfeel and moderate acidity. It's quite a strong flavor and if it were a photo I'd say they over-photoshopped it. From the 16 oz can purchased at BottleCraft. "Canned on 12/29/2021."
