Collaborating with our friends from "All Things Beer" over at More Beer! to craft a West Coast IPA. This brew showcases specialty malts sourced from Viking Malt and a bold hop blend of Cashmere, Centennial, and Idaho 7. Utilizing both T90 and Cryo forms of all three hop varieties for an extra kick.
