Dig the label imagery, evocative of Saved by the Bell. Woot. This is a C hopped crispy boy I think. Single can pickup unfortunately, would have loved to have had 4 of these to bang down like some Tinder garbage. Anyhoo, this is the first review of this beer at this Next Glass owned database. Respect Next Glass.
Pours a pretty clear golden color, ample clarity and 1/3" white head. She's a pretty beer. The aroma hits of that C hop greenery, something Cascade/Centennial/Chinook/Columbus going on here, maybe multiples, but no, its for the most part, proprietary hops giving an old school feel and for the better. Thank you Simcoe.
Taste is a briskly bitter excursion through the forest. Some of that 586 gives it that candied new down under Cascade like feel to it alongside the Mosaic. Its such a clean mouthfeel, very well done and super crushable. All I'm saying is, don't be the guy with flowers. You reap what you sow fun girl, peace out.
