Can pour - clear golden straw color, foamy white head, scattered lacing with a ring of bubbles. Nose is mostly citrus and pine. Taste follows with hints of lemon and a slight citric bite that lingers on the finish.

Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Trappistes Rochefort chalice. Aroma is the best feature, with some cedar and citrus, straw and pond water. Plenty of spritz and pleasing mouthfeel. Tastes of stems, wood, citrus, and some melon. Lemony finish and rather bitter. Overall this is a pretty standard IPA that doesn't care whether you live or die. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing.
