On-tap at Kaktus Brewing Company, Bernalillo, NM
A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a thin collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of bready and pale malts are present in the nose along with hints of lemons and bananas.
T: The taste follows the smell and has subtle hints of bananas and lemons, presumably from the yeast.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink, although the yeast profile tastes a little different compared to a typical Helles Lager and is somewhat resemblant of a hefeweizen.
Serving type: can
