On-tap at Kaktus Brewing Company, Bernalillo, NM
A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down and consistently left a layer of bubbles covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas o citrusy hops are present in the nose—orange seems to stand out in particular.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of citrusy hops along with underlying hints of caramel malts.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. Only a slight amount of bitterness is noticeable.
O: This IPA is nice and citrusy and is easy to drink because it is hardly bitter at all.
