A: The beer is quite hazy light yellow in color—too hazy to see if there is any visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head.
S: Moderate aromas of wheat are present in the nose along with hints of biscuit malts.
T: The taste is a near mirror image of the smell, except that the biscuit malt favors are a bit stronger.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this beer to be easy to drink with its aromas and flavors of biscuit malts in a wheat ale.
