Amber golden color with a medium retention head.
Light aroma of pumpkin and vanilla.
Sweet taste of pumpkin with no bitterness at all. Hints of ginger with a dry aftertaste and its residual taste.
Light body with good carbonation.
I had previously tasted some top range Pumpkin ales and this is not my preferred style, so a bit unfair the comparison. Instead of hammering the beer I can say it is nice that Bier Hoff worked to brew some hard to find style in Brazil. If they had produced some heavy condimented or hoppy type that would make new comers never try it again.
