Just finished a bottle my wife picked up at a convenience store in Redding while traveling. Had me at the name “Irish Coffee” Cream Stout and the label. Fortunately it did not disappoint. Poured into a standard pint glass; the usual black w a thin tan head. Strong cold coffee and vanilla smell. A bit thin with just the right carbonation. The typical coffee Stout notes; coffee followed by slight sweet vanilla and a slightly bitter dark chocolate finish. I cannot do justice with words other than if you’re in the area, make the effort to find some. A very enjoyable cream Stout. Nice balance with no single note overpowering another.

Had in a nitro can from Costco. Only paid $9.XX. Amazing beer for the price point!

Soooooo delicious. Hard not to chug. Visiting CA and faced with unfamiliar choices of micro brews, so my wife played it safe with a wheat beer since she doesn't really care for porters, stouts, or even brown ales. However, a taste of my Irish Cream Stout turned our second round into a that for both if us. Went fine with our pizza, probably not a pairing that I would choose first, but was so tasty, I would have a hard time trying any other beer if we were to return to that establishment. PS.... was on nitro, so extra smooth!

Dark, cola like color. Bubbly, tan head with minimal lacing. Aroma is toffee and toasted malt. Flavor is vanilla, butterscotch, & hints of coffee. Sweet and smooth, warm finish with a sweetness in the aftertaste. An excellent beer for with dessert or on its own.

I don't have adequate words to describe how much I enjoy this beer.... Been going to the redding tap-house and getting it every other day after work. Its so smooth and chocolate flavored with a hint of coffee and vanilla. It's the best beer I've ever had. Not the best stout, the best beer I have ever had.
The tap-house in redding ran out for 5 days and received a shipment of 3 kegs on the 27th....
That where stored improperly and ruined..... Thankfully Chico demanded the Stout so much that they are brewing up another batch, supposedly will be back in 3 weeks. Can't wait....

Draught on nitro at the Fall River tasting room in a shaker pint. Very interesting beer, coffee is very subtle, lots of cream attributes on the nose and palate. Sweeter than I normally care for, but enjoyable.
