I had this at the Dudes Brewery/Taproom close to Santa Monica Boulevard. "If you give an Elephant a Grapefruit" has ABV 9.60% and IBU 101. It's Vic's secret hops and simcoe and cascade hops. It was a strong but great IPA. It is similar to Double Trunk IPA but a little better.
Look: golden with a thin white head
Aroma: tropical fruits, floral pine
Taste: It's slightly sweet, fruity, mango, passion fruit maybe, lots of grapefruit, bitter
grapefruit rind towards the end.
Body/Overall: medium body
