Copenhagen 4/11 2022. 50 cl bottle from VinSpecialisten, Butikstorvet, Billund. Dark label in Trolden Bryghus' usual design with a little green lemon added for good measure.
Pours opaque, murky golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a floral and fruity odor with strong citric notes. Sweet pale malts, rose flower, overpowering scent of citrus concentrate.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger sourness. Aftertaste is a bit thin. Tart and sour. Finish is dry.
A bit synthetic take on a Wit.
