White head. Clear straw yellow.

Tea and lemon both show nicely. Light yeast. Light citrus. Some sweetness.

Light bodied. Easy drinking. This was pretty enjoyable if you like tea.

a beer brewed for the pizza luce restaurants from what i understand. i believe its their paddle break belgian style blonde ale, but infused with tea and lemon, which makes for an arnold palmer sort of beer, right on for summer. i a always surprised we dont see tea work its way into more beers, it makes perfect sense, especially in this type of base, a flavorful and floral yeasty blonde thats clean and dry, i think those features work so well with the tea, which seems more of a black tea, iced tea type of tea, rather than anything more exotic. the yeast here has some flavor and its real compatible with both the tea and the lemon, which is zesty and only a little tart, but very fresh and it gives a lot of summery energy to this, a very easy drinking pint of beer! what i like about it is how dry it is, this never gets into that sweet tea realm, but ends up an herbal and almost bitter accent. i also like that its still subservient to the base beer, its not over flavored, which is a common trap these fall in to. a cool use of tea and lemon together in a beer that welcomes these additions. i liked this a lot, really super summery and refreshing. well done.
