Appearance: Pours a deep orange-golden color with visible microparticles floating in the glass. A huge, pillowy, white head forms. SRM of 8. (4.0).
Aroma: Strong aromas of sweet tropical fruit. Lots of mango, papaya, and guava. (4.0)
Flavor: Initial flavors of grapefruit, mango, papaya, and guava, and passionfruit come forth. This is followed by a honey sweetness. Being used to IPAs my palate expects bitterness to follow, but there is none. Just honey sweetness to balance the fruity hop flavors. Finishes rather sweet as expected. (3.75)
Feel: Medium-bodied. Lower carbonation. Mildly syrupy and a little of it lingers on the palate. (3.5)
Overall: A good modern American Blonde Ale. Captures tropical fruit and honey very well. A little different than most because of less citrus and more tropical fruit. It reminds me of a pale ale, but again, there is absolutely no bitterness that my palate is used to. Just modern hop flavors with honey. (Final Rating: 3.85)

A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that left a collar consisting of medium-sized bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of sweet, pale malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and is a little sweet with flavors of pale malts.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and slightly smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer isn't that bad for a Blonde Ale and has some flavor to it.
Serving type: can

Pours crystal clear light honey yellow with a thick white head that recedes gradually leaving nice lacing. Aroma is faint, sweet corn, fresh cut grass and some biscuit. Flavor is much bolder than the aroma, malty and sweet with only a slight hop bitterness on the finish. Feel is on the lighter side of medium bodied. Overall a very pleasant beer with more flavor than most sub 5% ABV beers.

Hard to get excited about a golden ale but this is a nice. Looks attractive as it is a clear gold color with a dense finger of head. Aroma is the weak part of this beer as I pick up hardly anything. A bit of fruity sweetness is about it. Flavor has a clean malt flavor that is a touch on the sweeter side. The modern hops used adds some tropical fruit and citrus notes. Bitterness is low. Light body and crisply carbonated.

Tastes like corn (cornbread, corn flakes). Also tastes like the stem or outer leaves of Brussels sprouts. I'm not kidding you. It's weird. So close to being a good beer but it tastes like a sack of cracked corn.

An Ale inspired and made with/for the band Trampled By Turtles. Pours a golden hue with a white head. Notes of citrus ,lemonbread and malt. Taste was fruity with citrus hops a touch of grapefruit with some caramel malts in the finish. Found this ale tasty and drinkable.
