12oz can. There is date stamping on the bottom lip of the can but I cannot decipher the entire date (day and year look to be '29-20'.
Darker cherry red colored body. Pours with just a brief white head, but this is fed by uprising bubbles. Leaves behind some twisted strings of lacing.
Aroma of burned rubber over pineapple and berry.
Taste is slightly sour with lactic acid. The pineapple and berry provide a sweet tart flavor, like added syrup.
Medium mouth feel, with a slightly coating texture. Very good carbonation.
As the brewer's description says, this beer is done in the Berliner Weisse style, and features the fruit as an added syrup. The higher ABV% is hidden.
