Pours a dark hazy strawberry/peach color. A huge rocky/foamy pink head retains quite well and gives way to good lacing and cling.
Aromas of raspberry, strawberry, white grape, peach, Potent and inviting.
Initial fruit sweetness on the tip of the tongue gives way to tart berry flavors in midstream--raspberry, strawberry, peach, apricot, white grape, and wheaty wheaty citrus sour. Only a hint of booze at the finish. Is there such a thing as an imperial Berliner? If there is, this is it.
Dangerously drinkable owing to incredible tartness, carbonation, and everything else.
As potent a sour as I've had in some time.
