Our Hefeweizen revisits the tradition of the Wheat beers of Bavaria. The flavor expression is highly driven by the classic Bavarian Hefeweizen yeast. Notes of banana, clove, and bubblegum swirl around the hazy wheat background with a highly stable foam head to cap it all off. Prosit!

Very cloudy with no head. Smell is lemon and clove. Taste is bright creamy wheat with plenty of pepper and clove. Lemon and bubblegum in there, too. Drinks easy, maybe a little too sweet. It's a hefe, but how exactly is it hefty???

This is an OK hefeweizen, by far from the best available from MN brewers. It is a little like in the weizen yeast character. Do get a lot of wheat flavor. Decent enough body but I may like a bit more carbonation for the style .

12oz can. One of four beers offered in Adventure Pack #4. Bottom edge of can is stamped '172-21'.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. One finger white head sticks around as creamy cap. Spots and small bands of lacing.
Aroma of bubble gum, banana, and cloves. Some wheat tang.
Taste follows the aroma and features flavors of banana, cloves, and bubble gum. Some floral hops come forth towards the end of the taste profile. Some sweetness, no bitterness. Semi dry finish.
Medium plus mouth feel. Very smooth texture. Very good carbonation.
Very good tasting fruity and spicy wheat beer. Does not produce volumes of head seen with German versions.
