L: Pours a medium dark brown color with lighter edges, light carbo, a thin slightly off white head, light sticky lacing.
S: Caramelized malts, brown bread, a note of dark fruits, fairly malty.
T: Taste follows aroma and is gently sweet with a distant nutty note, brown bread crust, distant cocoa. It is very gently woody.
F: Brisk then smooth with a medium to medium-light bodied mouthfeel and a smooth medium length lightly dry finish.
O: A very nice tasting and easy drinking Amber Ale. Tastes are smooth and are not assertive. Very well balanced and not too sweet. It is excellent in its style.
