Canned Feb 21st. A pretty pour into our traditional pilsner glasses. Rising stream of tiny bubbles, frothy head. Fairly dry. Has good hop flavor and bitterness, maybe a shade on the shallow side as we expect from the hop bill. Pleasant enough on a spring evening.

Pils look to a tee clear bright yellow white fluffy head
Upfront is Sulfur which i enjoy in pils
Taste no sulfur bready light roasts notes not missing a little of spicy noble hops notes i was search for in German pils
Overall crushable beer and would happy to drink again
