16oz can poured into a nonic; clear gold with a small white head. West Coast and proud, but the hops and body on this one are definitely leaning more sweet, which is fine by me; grapefruit, pine, dankness, tropical fruit, biscuit malt, clean, smooth, drinkable.

another lovely beer in this series, this time a crisp and clear west coast ipa, light on the grain side, bursting with hop freshness, although maybe not incredibly unique in terms of profile, and clean and bright to drink, a really nice glass of beer, and we are lucky to have it available here in idaho. golden from the tap, average white head on it, looks super tidy and polished. it smells a bit grassy up front, a floral honey note too with just a little pop of sweetness from the malt, which is very light overall, a biscuit layer to it, then some grapefruity bitterness later on, simple and straight ahead, the way ipa used to be, freshness is evident as well. the flavor bangs, almost a noble hop complexion with some spiciness happening on the back end, balanced nicely by the mostly dry and earthy grain, again freshness stands out almost above the actual flavor to me. subtle nuances of cut flowers, lime, and hash oil as the temperature comes up, but this isnt one of those huge dank and sticky ones, and its clean as can be at the end, tidy ferment and brisk almost lagered character to the finish. nice carbonation, fast finish, enough bitterness but it doesnt stay with me. great beer, great series of beers, love the agricultural aspect of this one of a kind brewery!

Canned Dec 9th. Light amber color, very clear, very light head. Nose is faint, no dominate aroma. Taste is good, a clean hop-forward IPA. Moderately dry, low carbonation. Refreshing, nothing amiss. Nothing spectacular.
