Ours uses rice to decrease malt notes and was fermented warm with lager yeast; it gets its IPA-typical hop character from tons of Citra®, Mosaic®, and elite-level experimental hops HBC 735 & HBC 586, known respectively for their grapefruit & passionfruit notes and fruit cup aromas.
