Clear beer! Inviting nose pops with bright fruity and grassy notes; more stone fruit and melon, lime on the palate with a light malt backbone that leads to a clean finish.

it has been great to see some new stuff from bale breaker coming through of late, i love all their classics, but they do everything so well its great to get to drink on a little wider range of it. this is a neat collaboration with barley browns, on tap at growler guys, fresh as can be, clear but modern, so cool that they grow their own hops, their stuff always seems to pop a little more than most others, perhaps this is why. it is awfully fruity to me in the nose, more than typical simcoe grapefruit, almost grapefruit soda, a fresca thing happening, and definite key lime notes from the galaxy, but its not all citrus either, some sweeter ripe stone fruit in the mix, and a balancing but subtle malt profile. all of this is there in the flavor too, early start for the hops, clean finish with mid level bitterness but nothing overdone or abrasive at all about this, and with quite a smooth texture, more body than flavor from the grain, but it supports this well. orange candy, a little pineapple, and juicy canned fruit cocktail, little cherries and all. really solid brew here, no surprise from these two legends, not sure why most of the idaho breweries still cannot get to this quality level, always a step behind, but i am thankful to have these types of beers coming in!

16oz can from Homebrewstuff. Clear golden pour with a one finger foamy white head. Bready, hoppy aroma. Hops more pronounced in the taste, light resiny notes, caramel malts. Mild lingering bitterness.
