First released through the Imagination Station in 2017, the reprise of this mind-altering golden stout made with vanilla beans, cacao nibs, and Basalt Roasters' coffee proves that looks can be deceiving. Brewed as part of our Caskmates collaboration with Jameson. Aged five months in Jameson whiskey barrels.

Appearance: Pours a somewhat hazy amber color with a solid one finger head that leaves plenty of splashy lacing
Smell: Vanilla shortbread dipped in coffee with a chocolate tone; all enveloped by Irish whiskey aromatics
Taste: Vanilla shortbread and coffee with hints of chocolate forward; the whiskey arrives in the mid-palate with a nice coating of the flavors that drives into the finish
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with moderate carbonation; a little warmth in the finish
Overall: My favorite of the Jameson series; all the elements come together nicely and the mouthfeel fits the style
