Brewed in the middle of a hop field, Piled High Fresh Hop IPA just might be one of the freshest fresh hop beers around. It took just 4 minutes to get these wet Simcoe® hops out of the picking machine at Loftus Ranches and into the brew kettle.
A version of this beer has been brewed each year since 2012, the year before we opened Bale Breaker. Typically brewed as an Imperial IPA, we toned it back this year to make this fan-favorite even more crushable.
Boasting big hop aromas of fruit loops, berry, pineapple, mango, orange, gooseberry, and dank with the world's smoothest bitterness.
