Clear yellow-amber brew with plenty of foam in the spiky hand-blown glass. Pleasing citrus aroma. Quite a mouthful of flavor followed by a serious bitterness. Taste is grapefruit and plenty of it, with Grapefruit peel in the aftertaste. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 02/19/26. Brewed with the current Pink Boots hop blend plus Citra and more Citra. Too much of a good thing.

Poured from a 16 ounce can dated 2-19-26 into a tulip glass at 45.9 degrees F.
Appearance- Straw, mildly hazy, plentiful medium sized visible particulate, white creamy head, slightly above average head retention, average lacing.
Aroma- Blueberry, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, slight pine, between weak and medium strength of scent.
Flavor- Grapefruit, pine, slight peach, medium strength of flavor.
Mouthfeel- Medium body, average carbonation, mildly creamy, highly bitter, moderately dry finish, mildly prickly, mildly mouth warming.
Overall- Straw and mildly hazy with slightly above average head retention and average lacing. The bouquet was a pleasant mix of blueberry, grapefruit, peach, pineapple and slight pine, but it was on the lower end of the intensity spectrum. The flavor was higher strength, but the grapefruit and pine covered most of the other flavors leaving it simple in nature. The mouthfeel consisted of medium body with high bitterness, mild creaminess and a moderately dry finish. Overall, this was a solid WCIPA, that would have benefited from higher intensity aromatics and a more balanced flavor profile.

16-ounce can purchased at ABV Public House in Hillsboro, OR. Date stamp reads " ". Enjoyed in an English-style tulip half-pint glass.
The body is a bright yellow-gold with brilliant clarity and daisy yellow highlights. The icy white head doesn't last long but yields heavy lacing. The nose starts out with muddled blueberries and orange peel. As it warms, layers of pine, flowers, grapefruit, and a trace of tropical diesel rise up. The flavor travels a similar journey, with blueberries setting the pace and orange floral notes following in their footsteps. Peach steps to the podium and takes statements from grapefruit peel, pine, and lime Skittles. There's a floral/oregano character at the end of the long aftertaste. Every step leans more dry than sweet. The medium body is lightened by jazzy carbonation. Overall, this is a tasty IPA filled with a variety of hop flavors.

Golden pour, pretty and clean. Prepare for a blast of floral hop aroma, one of the most potent we've had in some time. Taste continues the theme, with a well-defined, dominate, floral hop flavor, over a dry, long finish. Exceptionally drinkable for us hop lovers. A bit of warming in the glass improves things overall and opens things up to one's taste. Starting to get more stone fruit tastes: apricot, fig, mango. Take it in sips to enjoy it for a while. Just 6.5% ABV.
