Beer pours a hazy yellow with almost no head but some lacing. The smell is predominantly hop that shows up in the flavor. Smoother than an IPA but the same aftertaste. Overall I've had worse.

Poured out a clear, golden color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It smelled of grains, floral notes and toasted caramel. Sweet caramel and bready flavor with a grassy/bitter kick.

Pours to a thick permanent white head that leaves tons of frothy lace. Medium gold color. Aroma is very bready and doughy smelling and ale-like but also has the pale malt and spicy noble hop character. Flavor is too chewy much like a poorly attenuated malty blonde ale. It's a great looking beer that tastes good but falls way short of what my palate expects from a pils. I suppose this is where some people would jump to defend that "it is an American style pils so shut up!" OK whatever.

16 oz. into a mug.
Very light amber and topped with a rolling off-white froth. Grain, light fruit and straw to the nose. More light fruits, caramel, some grain and even spice to the tongue. Goes down clean and light but still flavorful.
Roughtail keeps on kickin' it, and I'm loving this one in the 16 oz.

Pours golden wth a pinky of beige colored head. Above average head retention & lacing
S: Breadyness & a little grassyness
T: Follows the nose, dryness as well & a little lemon hops. Light breadyness/sweetness, a little lemon & dryness as this warms. Finishes dry, a little grainy & lemony, slightly so
MF: Medium body with firm carbonation, nice balance
A decent PIls, drinks easy
