On tap. Pours a clear straw color with a half finger, white head that lingers but doesn't leave lacing. Well hopped nose of citrus and pine hops. Taste follows the nose with pine hops first before the citrus comes through. Bitter and resin-ey finish. Medium body and carbonation with some bitterness on the end.
The apricot muted the orange of the base beer, and actually made the beer worse. It was still a pleasant IPA, but the apricot didn't come through and the orange strength that makes the mother beer so great was weakened.
