Thanks to RedhawkPoke for this one, from NBS BIF #6. 16oz can poured into 20oz Duvel tulip. poured murky, as expected from the style, with the color somewhere between orange juice and pineapple juice. There was over an inch of white head that dissipated slowly, and left moderate lacing.
No real grain aroma, but some melon-ey hops were dominant. Pretty similar on the tongue, with a hint of hop bitterness at the back.
The body was smooth, almost creamy, with a dry finish. Drinkability was good, went down easily enough. Overall, a nice take on the style. probably a must-try if you're a fan, and certainly worth a shot if you see it
