Draft pour to snifter, opaque yellow with a white tinge,minimal head and no lacing. Nose of pine, bright fruit, pineapple. Taste is mild fruit, resin, light bitter. Seeing the milk and only small effect on taste.

Runs a wallet-destroying $19.99 per 4 pack in Austin, TX. East Coast pricing has hit the Southwest, and so often the beers in this $5+ per 500ml can format brewed around here are garbage in comparison to your typical example from the Northeast.

"For the 12th iteration of our rotating IPA series, we looked to one of our favorites from our 5th Anniversary - Zero Cool. We've upped the grain bill to give this dude a solid ABV of 7.5%, bigger body, and added a touch of milk sugar for added smoothness. We've still eliminated the addition of hops during the brew process resulting in extra-low bitterness. Adaptation 12 is rocking
