Pours an effervescent ebony with a pinky of mocha colored head. Zero head retention & lacing
S: Cinnamon & dark fruit, booze once warm, but also fades down the stetch
T: Follows the nose, a little dark chocolate lurks in the background, just a little pepper spice& woodyness up front. Woodyness, dryness, a little vanilla, cinnamon spice as this warms. Finishes with nice cinnamon & vanilla notes, a little fig, & dryness
MF: Medium body, slight carbonation, warming as all get out...
Well put together take one the style, cinnamon done right! Deceptively drinkable
