Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is served a clear golden color with a one finger had of whit foam. The head fades slowly over time to leave streaks of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is heaviest of a tropical fruit smell of pineapple and mango mixed with some other smells of tangerine and a bit of breadiness. Along with these aromas comes a touch of herb and a little bit of hay.
Taste – The taste begins with a slightly sweeter flavor of tropical fruits and a big showing of a bready flavor. Along with these tastes comes some flavors of grapefruit and herbal hop. The hop are rather light for a dipa and only get slightly stronger as the taste advances. Some other light hop tastes of a grassy an floral nature join the tongue at the end to leave one with a sorta weak hopped (for a double) and bready taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is thick and chewy with a carbonation level that is low. The feel is good for the style and for the big bray malt of the brew even with the lack of hop.
Overall –A pretty weak dipa overall. Big in the malt, and weak in the hop.

Pours a hazed gold with a thumb of cream colored head. Decent head retention & lacing
S: Tons of citrus
T: Bready, green melon, mango, passion fruit and a little tangerine up front. Tart orange, sweet tangerine, green melon & a little bready dryness as this warms. Finishes a little dry with plenty of citrus, tropical fruit & green melon
MF: Fairly chewy, subdued carbonation, good balance
Well put-together and dangerously drinkable. These guys have their hoppy stuff dialed in nicely
