Solid beverage. Citrus nose is prominent a foot from the can. Pours a freshly squeezed orange juice color, with a three finger open cell head (probably from me not having it quite cold enough yet). Flavor is citrus, orange and grapefruit, with a cleansing pithiness. A gentle malt backbone stands it up so it’s not just a juice bomb. There is a creaminess to the mouthfeel, much like oats or lactose might add. No alcohol bite, no warming. Not as syrupy as some TIPAs can be. Very nice.

Hazy light orange-colored pour.
Nose is citrus, pineapple and melon.
Taste is melon and tropical up front, then a strong bite of yellow grapefruit citrus and bitterness AND some alcohol heat hits hard. There’s a dank note to the finish of all that. An odd combo and a stronger-than-it-is impression. There’s even a lactose-like sweetness to the concoction.
Mouth feel is super smooth, thick and pulpy.
Wanted to like this much more. I don’t really like hazy IPAs as much as others, yet this comes of as a messy imperial one, at least in my opinion. Only a 4-pack was the option here; IMO the can description could use some more info.

Pours a hazed with 3 fingers of cream colored head. Great Head retention & lacing
S: Citrus & tropical fruit
T: Pineapple, grapefruit, cakey dryness, green melon up front. More pineapple, a little grapefruit & Kiwi Fruit, plus sweet orange as this warms, plus some pine. Finishes a little dry with pineapple & grapefruit, cakey & piney bitterness
MF: Creamy carbonation & medium body, carbonation picks up a bit once warmer. Good balance
Very good take on the style with a little New England slant
