Canned 11/22/22. Collab with Central Standard Brewing from Wichita. Label says Idaho 7, HBC 586, HBC 630, Motueka, and El Dorado hop hash.
L: Pours an opaque gold with a big fluffy white head that hangs around. Light and irregular lacing.
S: Aromas of mango, orange, and lemon, none of them prominent.
T: Tropical fruit medley up front. The middle turns citrusy. Finishes dry with just a touch of bitterness.
F: Creamy mouthfeel, with medium carbonation.
O: Another very well-done hazy DIPA by Roughtail. The tropical-to-citrus pivot really works. Those obscure numbered hops won't be unknown for long.
