12oz can courtesy of Russpowell. Canned on February 15, 2023, according to the stamp on the bottom of the can.
Poured into a glass, it had an orangey golden color, with a good-sized, fluffy, off-white head. All sorts of lace was left behind on the sides of the glass.
Citrusy and piney hop aroma. Definitely has a nose like an old school WCDIPA.
Taste is similar to the nose, but a bit sweeter than I expected, especially on the back end.
Medium bodied, with a slightly resiny and slightly creamy mouthfeel.
Gorgeous beer, and not a bad approximation of a West Coast style double ipa, but a little off from the bullseye in the taste. Nevertheless, it's still an excellent beer, one I'd happily drink again. Thanks, Russ!

Pours an effervescent honey color with one finger of cream-colored head. Stellar lacing & above average head retention
S: Dankness, & a little orange. Nose drops off a bunch as this warms
T: Grapefruit, cakeyness, pine & lime up front, along with dryness. Lime, pine, dryness & grapefruit as this beer warms up, a little bit of malt sweetness as well. Finishes with grapefruit, pine, lime & sweet orange
MF: Medium body, pretty firm carbonation, great balance
Checks all the boxes for the style & is pretty darn drinkable
