Appearance: straw color w/ Lacey head from draft pull, then lacing on glass.
Smell: faint spicy bouquet & hops
Taste: restrained fruit & citrus notes. Not strong like the East Coast, of course & very approachable. Biscuity finish.
Mouthfeel: style more like an English Bitter.
Overall: I believe a nice "beginner-style" IPA after an APA. Dry, crisp finish. I'd have another from The State of West Virginia! Sure wish this brewery was around when living there. BTW, 150 year anniversary of the state in 2013.
