Poured from the 22oz. bottle a dark bronze with a one finger head that dissipated to a thin film, leaving a curtain of lacing.
Lots of cinnamon raisin on the nose and palate. Slight oatmeal grain texture.
Plenty of carbonation but not overly so. Maybe a bit more than medium mouthfeel.
Yep, like a cookie. Not bad. Delicious!
