On tap at Aftershock Brewing Company in Temecula, CA.
Pours a hazy honey orange with a foamy white head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Foamy rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, and caramel aromas. Taste is much the same with sweet malt and caramel flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a low level of carbonation with an almost flat and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer that is drinkable but seems unrefined.
