Notes from 08/18/13 - 4oz taster
A: Very light golden straw color body with a half finger cap of persistent paper white suds. Nice swaths of lace paint the glass after each sip.
S: Light bready pale malts with some caramel sweetness present and very bright citrus hops. Orange and tangerine with a soft underlying pine note.
T: Fresh and brilliant citrus hops with some sappy pine and underlying bready malt at the base. Finishes with a light caramel sweet kick. There is a moderate amount of perceived bitterness to the beer and the alcohol is not even traceable here. Good balance. Real nice sessionable Pale.
M: Moderate to light feel with a nice even consistency and higher level of carbonation. There is a nice drying crisp on the finish and slight resinous linger after.
D: Solid sessions Pale with nice balance between the bready sweet malts and citrus hops. Rather enjoyable and would order again.
