When we got our hands on a contract for Mosaic hops we knew exactly what to do with them - make an insane IPA. We used Summit hops for bittering, then overdosed the beer with flavor, whirlpool, and dry hop additions of the freshest Mosaic hops that Yakima had to offer. The result is an intense IPA that will leave your taste buds wondering which way is up. Pungent earthy overtones with undertones of white grape fruit and spice.

HOPS: Mosaic, Summit
MALT: Marris Otter Pale, Munich, Wheat

Served On-Tap

A — Pours an extremely turbid and slightly off-putting hue into the glass. A hugely hazy body of beer with a murky yellowish green hue into the glass. A minimalist head forms and leaves behind almost no semblance of lacing.

S — Smell is strongly focused on pure Mosaic hop goodness, very little supporting malt sweetness, just huge notes of resinous pine and earth, with a resounding grapefruit note.

T — Loads of bitterness here with focused and concentrated notes of grapefruit, pine, and resin, chewy.

M — Medium-full bodied, a lingering bitter finish is apparent.
