A more recent Belgian style that is light gold or straw-like in appearance with subtle Belgian complexity. We amped the style up by using fresh Nelson Sauvin hops grown in New Zealand. These fine hops lend a nice layer of complexity to the beer that comes across as that of a white grape must. The semisweet body created by the use of Contential Pilsner malt completes the sensory brush stroke with a soft finish.

Served On-Tap
A — Pours a lightly hazy and pale yellow color into the glass, there is a white head that sits on top and leaves behind some spotty rings of lacing.
S — Smell is light initially, but it does show the nice signs of Belgian yeast, with a bit of bubblegum and yeasty esters.
T — Taste is grainy and lightly sweet, with some bubblegum notes and a balanced lemony hop note.
M — Medium bodied, quickly fleeting finish.
O — Not bad overall, not necessarily in Aslan's wheelhouse, and it shows, still not bad.
