Draft at the Handlebar. Hazy golden pour, thin white foamy head. Aroma is fruity, citrusy with a light dank edge, toffee. Taste is resinous, malty, citrus, some floral notes.

The expected tart fruity taste with a somewhat creamy look and texture. Modest head. Astringent finish with a bit of a soapy rather than bitter aftertaste, though not unpleasantly so. I admit I'm not a big fan of hazy IPAs, generally. I'll enjoy the rest of the 6 pack but probably would not buy again, preferring more traditional WCIPAs. Bought in Bellingham, WA.

Hazy dark amber brew with modest foam in the tall goblet. Pleasantly tingly carbonation but a sturdy, malty mouthfeel. Some green melon flavors and bitter orange peel. Woody and stemmy finish with an earthy taste.
Moderate bitterness, and more astringent than hoppy. Murky flavors fill out the aftertaste. This is at least drinkable, but not likely to change my "avoid" policy with Aslan. From the 12 oz can purchased in Bellingham.

I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at Collins Pub in Seattle.
Appearance: lightly hazy medium golden hue with a finger of creamy ivory foam. Quite good.
Smell: fruity, sweet, citrusy aroma; quite good.
Taste: sweet with a nice grassy, fruity hop flavor. A bit more melony than citrusy, but overall very tasty indeed.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a big carbonation and a nevertheless good creaminess.
Overall: juicy, tasty and quaffable, if not dramatically complex.
