Collaboration with Kulshan, this one brewed by Aslan. It's a straight-up IPA with Centennial, Chinook, and Mosaic hops, clean and bitter. Aroma of green melon, fresh cabbage, and green pepper. Light body that is tangy on the tongue.
The barest hint of sweetness and a very light crackery malt taste. Then there's the green honeydew melon, followed by a bit of lime peel. Then it gets more dank and herbal. Dry finish with plenty of bitterness in the aftertaste. From the 12 oz can purchased at Community Co-op.
