Clear golden amber brew with plenty of foam in the chalice. Pleasantly sudsy on the tongue. Nose of cedar with a buttery note. Lively and tangy with a malty undertone. Fruity and woody in a modest way. Flaors of roast grain, plum, dark grape skins, and a hint of lemon.
Hops are listed as Ekuanot, Centennial, Azacca. El Dorado, and Mosaic. None of the intense citrus of so many IPAs. Collaboration with Boneyard in Bend. From the 12 oz can purchased at the Co-op market in Mount Vernon.
