Golden yellow brew with plenty of foam in the Troubadour tulip. Some aromas of straw and bread. Slight sweet note with enough malty taste. Even a slightly tangy finish. Moderate carbonation but enough to carry the hoppy note. Seems to at first to be more innocuous than tasty, but the flavors grow on you after some sipping. It would be interesting in a blind tasting. In any case it's clean and pleasant and a good example of an American Helles. From the 12 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 07/04/2023.
