Beautiful dark orange-amber color with plenty of foam in the Chinay Chalice. Sudsy and lush on the tongue with a substantial malty body. Rather sweet and even caramel tasting. Fruity with apples but hops are mostly a dark presence with a moderate bitter aftertaste. This is both unusual as well as tasty. Still sweet in the finish but bitterness is robust. Keeps you wanting another sip. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 06/18/24.
