Hopped with a vibrant mix of Amarillo, Chinook, HBC 586, Mosaic, and Strata, this IPA bursts with tropical fruit and bright citrus, rounded out with a crisp, refreshing edge and a subtle hint of pine. It’s resinous, clean, and crushable—the kind of beer that keeps you reaching for the next sip. The name Tide Breaker is a nod to our roots in the Pacific Northwest, where waves crash into rugged coastlines and every tide carries the promise of something fresh. Just like that moment when the surf breaks and the seafoam swirls, this beer captures the spirit of movement and clarity.

real nice modern weast coast ipa here with a laundry list of hops, clean to drink, easy on the grain but still in balance, very pleasant warm weather drinker, enjoyed on tap. clearish from the tap, brassy to golden toned, average white head on it, pacey carbonation visible, nice shine. the aroma is driven by the hbc 586, which is called krush now, this hop it taking over the world, its in everything lately and it pops in this, lemongrass and pineapple candy, a little coconut element from the strata in here too pairs well, faintly catty mosaic, and a little woodsy higher alpha character too, gin-like, very fresh, subtle red apple, honey, and tangerine here as well. the flavor is just as bright and dry hoppy as the nose, and this is packed with hops, early onset lemongrass and green melon, followed by a wrinkle of generic red berry, lemon, and navel orange, hints of spice and pine before the only moderately bitter finish, some juiciness to this, a mango thing with the coconut note as it warms, summery even tropical, very good. light on both body and grain flavor, but i like the flow and tempo this has, very drinkable, good with spicy food, another hoppy hit from aslan! stoked to have these guys selling beer in idaho, if they keep sending them ill keep drinking them!
