On cask at Tony's Darts Away in Burbank, CA.
Pours a clear yellow-orange with a foamy bone head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Tiny dots of lace drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is of citrus fruit, citrus zest, and tropical fruit aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus zest, black tea, and tropical fruit flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop and earth bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a low level of carbonation with an almost flat mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with a great passion fruit smell, but there is an odd astringency after each sip.
