Poured from a red wax topped bottle into a Dogfish head tulip
L: Nearly clear light golden pour with thin fizzy white head. Falls fast... no significant lacing.
S: Tart. Red wine notes and lemon funk.
T.F: Tart without being sour. Mild acidity. Lemon citrus and funk. Some green fruit... a bit of the red wine barrel comes through. Musty oak and grape skins. A dash of salt at the finish. Relatively light bodied with bright carbonation.
O: A super easy drinking gose. The red wine barrel adds a little extra interest but is far from overpowering. Low ABV so very crushable. Ticks the boxes for what I expect from the style. A fun little beer.
