Poured from the can into a wheat ale glass.
Slightly hazy, but mostly a nice fine clear dark lemon body, with nice amounts of carabonation. Fluffy and classic white head, a bit fleeting with a thin pencil collar left.
Aroma has a nice amount of salinity and brine. Touches a little bit of light peach, with small hints of sweetness but not overly sugary. Fairly simple but solid.
Palate takes a slightly different turn. Nice bit of tartness but without so much matching fruit quality. Hints salty and a little sticky like a regular gose but has a bit of gaseous taste too it. With the slightly more gas quality I was expecting some rocky mineral action but that strangely didn't seem to come through. Palate feel is also just slightly flat strangely.
A fine drinkable gose, but doesn't seem to carrry much of the peach flavor forward on the palate, through a bit of a dull finish.

L: a hazy light golden-orange with essentially no retaining head
S: a generic gose-tartness
T: very tart, even for a gose. extremely sweet as well. the peach flavor is definitely detectable, but it doesn't take certain stage.
F: medium bodied, with slightly above average level of carbonation

The only other beer of this style that I recall trying was Sierra Nevada's Otra Vez. Enjoyed it alright, this one... not so much. Purchased on June 1 in a sixer of 12oz cans. Packaging date: Apr 24, so about 5 weeks ago.
Poured same day into a clean snifter, got virtually no foam whatsoever, zero lacing (obviously).
Smelled much like a champagne - sour, funky.
Tasted like champagne too, but w/o the bubbles.
Feel - like flat champagne.
Overall - Not a pleaser, won't purchase again.
