Hazy, full bodied, juicy, low bitterness, this beer has all the desired traits of a New England style IPA. We fermented this beer using London 3 yeast giving it a soft hazy look and with Mosaic, Citra, Azaaca, and Galaxy hops added in the whirlpool and the dry hop this beer is straight juice without the pulp!

Can pour- opaque lemon yellow haze with white head leaving scattered frosty lacing. Nose is citrusy. Taste follows in a subdued kind of way. Seems a bit on the thin side with the tiniest hop bite on the finish.

Had this grilling in the front yard on an unseasonably warm day in late November 2019.

Pours a darker, duller version of the gold color, not the haziest, but produced a good 1/2" white head with decent retention thereof. Aroma was juicy hoppy. Mosaic clearly doing Mosaic things with the dark berry and tropical influence on the nose. Citra and Galaxy coming up with pineapple and tangerine in supporting roles. Like down under dankness both Azacca and Mosaic feels.

Taste is nice, still floating all that hoppy goodness, which is like 99% of the flavor profile. Everything else, the London III (?) yeast, the hazy body, its all meant to let the hop shine, and shine they do. The mouth feel is nice and smooth, relative levity to it. This is what you want a hazy ipa to be like, $10/6 pack at the grocery store makes this a good choice. Sure, there are slightly better ones, but they are usually 3-4x the price, the ol' diminishing returns ya know?

I think Saint Archer would have higher scores if it weren't for some ideological way of thinking/rating beers based on stuff.

12 oz can bought as a six pack off a room temp shelf. bottom shows two codes. One unreadable and the other 11/30/20. Poured into a pint glass. Lite yellow with fizzy head that disappears completely within a minute or two, leaving just a hazy, finely carbonated liquid that leaves no lacing behind (thus my sub-3 rating for "look"). However, the smell is nice. Even with my limited ability to pick up smells, this one hit me with grapefruit/pineapple. The taste followed smell, but somewhat more subdued, but generally nice flavors. The feel was somewhat thin-ish with lively carbonation on the tongue and a bit of hop bitterness at the finish. I may be better off describing the whole thing this way: this is the kind of IPA I would reach for after a day of doing yardwork in the sun...not what I would reach for as a complement to s sit-down meal where I would prefer an IPA with more body to it, but dang, I like the smell and on a hot day this would be refreshing.

19.2 oz tall can from Safeway in West Salem OR.
Nice $1.79 with card!!
It pours slightly fogged..not turbid..lovely thick and rocky off white head.
Lovely zesty, fruity aromas..lemon zest, orange along side the lychee, papaya..and a bit of grape..
Taste is well balanced..which is unusual considering the aroma!..so balanced its a bit ho-hum.
Mouth feel is medium..carbonation too light.
Not great..great aroma the ret..meh!
