Aroma is roasty and lightly chocolatey.
Flavor is initially pleasantly roasty, but it becomes bitter and harshly astringent in the finish, which lingers.

While the head looked delicious and brown, the aroma and palate were so heavy-handed in terms of the hops; if there were a Baltic Stout, this would be the benchmark.
